The Castellano farm is located in the heart of Sicily between Cammarata and Santo Stefano Quisquina in the province of Agrigento. In our company we grow wheat, without the use of pesticides and glycophates. It is harvested at the right degree of ripeness and transformed into a paste. The pasta has an artisanal processing, an excellent cooking resistance in a few minutes, and a high digestibility.
